ELIGIBLE AND INTRESTED CANDIDATES ARE INVITED FOR AN INTERVIEW FOR THE POST OF RESEARCH ASSISTANT & FIELD INVESTIGATOR
FOR STUDENTS WHO HAVE NOT FILLED OUT THEIR PREFERENCES IN THE CAF (COMMON APPLICATION FORM)
Dear Students,
This is to inform all students who have not filled out their preferences in the CAF (Common Application Form) that they are required to report in person for verification as per the schedule given below:
Venue: Conference Room
Documents to be brought (Mandatory – hard copies):
1. Class X Standard Certificate
2. Class XII Certificate
3. Undergraduate Marksheet
4. Admit Card of the last semester examination
Schedule for Physical Presence:
Semester II – Wednesday, January 14, 2026 from 3 PM to 5 PM,
Semester IV– Thursday, January 15, 2026, from 3 PM to 5 PM,
Semester VI – Friday, January 16, 2026, from 3 PM to 5 PM,
Semester VIII – Saturday, January 17, 2026, from 9 AM to 11 AM.
Students are advised to strictly adhere to the allotted day and time. Failure to report in person with the required documents may result in further delays in processing their CAF-related issues.

NOTICE FOR ALL STUDENTS
Students seeking change of DSE / GE or correction in AEC allocation must report in person with a duly filled “Change Form” (attached in the notice) as per the schedule below.
Venue: Conference Room
Dates: 15 - 30 January 2026 (Monday to Friday only)
Time: 3:00 PM - 5:00 PM
Requests will be accepted only on physical submission of the completed form during the above period. No requests for change or correction will be entertained after 31 January 2026.
Students must ensure that the form is complete in all respects before reporting.
