1. Awarded with the Best Business Academic of the Year (BBAY) Award from Indian Commerce Association on 16th December 2011.
2. Recipient of the Best Research Paper Award in Technical Session 3 “Business Sustainability: Myths and Realities” at the 3rd Annual Commerce Convention on April 12-13, 2014 at the University of Delhi.
3. Recipient of the Junior Research Fellowship Award (JRF) from the University Grants Commission (UGC) in 2008.
4. Felicitated by All India Tamang Buddhist Association (AITBA) as a young achiever in academics from Sonada, Darjeeling on December 2, 2018.
